We’ll share a new set of posts on email every 14 days for you to review.

No! You have to only connect your social media profiles to the Content Scheduler after signing up which will enable us to schedule your posts. It’s that simple with us.

Sure! You can connect with us and our team is happy to help you out. There will be a small fee for each social media profile that we create for your brand.
After signing up, you’ll be assigned a social media manager who will get in touch with you with a form to understand and note your business and creative requirements. We do indepth research for every client we work with before creating content, so you get only high-quality content that is in sync with your brand values and needs. The posts will be around product/service information, testimonials, industry news, quotes etc. It will be a mixture of promotional, educational, and interactive content to engage your audience while building trust among them.
Of course. You can check and review all the posts by accessing your Content Scheduler. You can review and reschedule each post, suggest ideas, request revisions, upload content for us to use and more.

To keep our services affordable, we prefer written communication.

You can communicate via email with your assigned social media manager who will respond multiple times throughout the day and definitely within 24 hours.

A benefit of written communication is that everybody involved in the process will have the complete picture of the entire conversation.

You also get dedicated chat/email support which typically replies within 3-4 hours.

Always! You can schedule posts using your Content Scheduler and publish them (in addition to the posts created and scheduled by our team) to each of your connected profiles.

We will plan posts based on your content requests/inputs. You can share any ideas or upcoming promotions with your social media manager.

As we follow a strict working schedule, kindly give us a minimum of 10 days notice for any such requests, so that our team gets enough time to create and schedule posts based on your promotional needs, and you get enough time to review the posts before they go live. If you have to do an urgent posting, you can also do it yourself using the Content Scheduler.

Absolutely. All of the subscription plans allow unlimited revisions. You can request revisions as many times as needed – we will make changes to the post(s) until it looks good to you. You can send the revision requests to your assigned social media manager.

We need a 48 hours notice for revisions so that our creative team gets enough time to make the required changes.

Our plans follow a month-to-month structure, and you can cancel your plan at any point. If you want to cancel, please provide a 14 days notice before the renewal date of your subscription.
